11. Account Expiration and Cancellation

11.1. You are fully responsible for any activity on your account until you receive confirmation of its closure (you also bear responsibility from the moment you send us a letter until your account is completely deleted by the Company).

11.2. The Company reserves the right to charge a commission or debt amount until your account is closed. If your account has been deleted, blocked, or annulled, refunds of funds held at the time of account closure will not be made, and bonuses will not be credited or cashed out to you. 11.3. Based on these Terms, upon the annulment of your account, neither party has any further obligations to the other.

11.4. Your account may be blocked and/or deleted by the Company without prior notice if:

11.4.7. You post offensive information on the Site.

11.5. If the account owner does not log into their account for 180 days, such an account will be considered inactive. In this case, the Company may start charging a monthly service fee of 5 €. After the specified period, the Company will inform the player about the change in the account status and the monthly service fee that will be charged. If the account remains inactive for the next 30 days, the Company will continue to charge a monthly service fee of 5 €. If the available balance in the account is less than the amount of the monthly service fee, the remaining balance will be confiscated in full.

11.6. If a player's account remains inactive for more than 180 days and the available balance is zero (0 €), the service fee will no longer be charged, and the account may be blocked.

11.7. If there has been no activity on the account for 30 months and there is a remaining available balance, such funds will be returned to the player if possible.

12. Refund Policy

Our games and betting services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Any bets made during gameplay will not be refunded, as the product is virtual and consumed instantly. 13.1.3. Engaging in fraudulent activities for your benefit. This includes using stolen, cloned, or unlawfully obtained credit or debit card data to fund your account;

13.1.5. Attempting to conspire or having intentions regarding direct or indirect participation in conspiracy schemes with other players while using the Site.
